// Domain/Hosting

Tabard’s in! was originally registered on February 4th, 2004 when I bought an account on Powweb.com. I transferred the domain name to Godaddy.com in 2007, and as of March 2008, the website and domain are both hosted on 1&1. Tabardsin.com was the first domain name I ever owned, and though I’ve registered a few others since 2004, this always seems to be the one I come back to. The website has gone through numerous incarnations, and seen varied periods of activity and inactivity.

// Layout/Graphics

The awesome theme used here is called The Morning After, and was created by The Masterplan. I’ve done some adjusting — colors and parts of the code — to make it look and do what I wanted. I code by hand using good ol’ notepad and lots of trial and error. Unfortunately, I haven’t kept any screencaps or thumbnails of old layouts to show the web-world, but I don’t think they were all that interesting, anyway :)

The small graphics in the top navigation, and the links in the latest post, as well as the graphical links in the footer were not created by me (though I did alter the color so they fit better with the rest of the site). The header “bar” is my own creation, from a background image I used in a previous incarnation of Tabard’s in!.

// Art/Photography

Any art (digital or traditional) or photography included in Tabard’s in! are my own works, unless I specifically note otherwise. Most often, I work in standard #2 pencil, or Photoshop or Illustrator for digital art.
